I just made a decision this morning, I had been thinking about it for three days. The decision I made was to remove myself from a project that was irritating, mentally unrewarding and a negative time consumer.
After communicating my decision, and to ruminate on it, I was playing patience on my computer and mulling things over. I was struggling to get a win. Then I noticed the way I had the window open on my computer; it was obscuring a column of cards, 10% were out of sight...I was never going to win.
The lesson I learnt: step back, pause, make sure you can see all the information and you understand the resources you have.
The day is looking literally and metaphorically bright and sunny now.
Get your business ‘exit ready’ now so that it will be sellable when you're ready to exit.
