Managing Partners´ Meeting in Berlin

Some 20 partners of Russell Bedford members of European countries met in ice cold Berlin on the 27th and 28th of February for a Managing Partner´s Meeting.

Not all announced participants could make it. Snow,snow, snow and Siberian weather conditions. We started with good spirits and a fabulous dinner in a Spanish restaurant on Tuesday and held our meeting all of Wednesday in our Office in Berlin Dahlem.

After a warm Welcome of Stephen Hamlet, the CEO of Russell Bedford, we had placed the question “How to become a partner in a firm, tasks and responsibilities of a partner” on the top of the agenda. After that we through-rooted ourselves by the “Effects and consequences of digitalization” for our profession. We have discussed the subject “Swing back from Tax to Audit”, we worried together about the consequences of “Brexit” and focused on the big topic “How to find and retain the right personnel”.

We had a vivid and fruitful exchange of thoughts, shared ideas and thought out of our “national boxes”. We bonded and managed to deepen our excellent relationships.
