March 2024 Community Newsletter

So far we've had a busy month preparing for the UK Lean Summit in April. We recently took some time to visit the venue and evening activity to make some final preparations. If you didn't know already, we've booked Cains Brewery for the Tuesday evening, one of Liverpool's oldest Brewery's, founded in 1858 by Robert Cain.

Earlier this week we also visited global vaccine manufacturer CSL Seqirus in Liverpool. It's amazing to see how they've progressed on their lean journey so far. CSL Seqirus will be presenting a keynote on culture change and learning sessions about their lean journey at the summit next month.

During this year's UK Lean Summit we will also have our own "Lean Learning Lab" (minus the uniforms!), where you can discover our latest learning processes for you to use in your own organisation.

Due to a slight agenda change on the second day of the summit, Fabrice Bernhard Co-Founder & CEO will now be sharing Theodo's lean journey and how they tackled scaling challenges by embracing Lean Thinking, leading to 'The Lean Tech Manifesto'. You can access the full agenda here.

For those of you attending the summit, we look forward to seeing you there from the 22nd April, where we kick start the week with our Capability Development Workshops!

Best wishes,

Dave Brunt
