What’s Leadership Really About?

Think of leadership as biking with a crew. You’re not just pedaling from point A to point B; you’re making sure everyone’s on the same page, having a good time, and not face-planting into a ditch. You’re balancing the speed (results) with the comfort and confidence of your team (dynamics).

I’ve seen it time and again: outstanding results don’t come from cracking the whip alone. They come from creating a synergy between pushing for success and nurturing the relationships that make it possible.
