A Meditation For Getting Unstuck

Today marks the beginning of an exciting journey — one that leads to a place of inner transformation and lightness.

Let me welcome you to "the Unstuck Series"!

For many, the feeling of being 'stuck'—whether in our minds, with habits, or behaviours — has held us back for far too long. Old patterns can linger, and the weight of past experiences, like a heavy rucksack,  can make it difficult to move forward with ease. But the good news is, there is a way through.

Over the next 30 days, I"ll be walking with you through a process designed to release these old patterns, to open up space for new ways of being, and to invite a sense of warmth and lightness into your life. Through this series, you'll experience the freedom that comes with feeling truly unstuck.

To start this journey, I invite you to take a moment to join me in this LIVE recorded 10-minute meditation - "A Meditation on Getting Unstuck." The meditation is a powerful way to begin to centre yourself, reflect on where you may be feeling stuck, and begin to loosen those ties.

After the meditation, I’ll share more about “the Unstuck series” and how we’ll be moving forward together over the next 30 days.Our journey is built around four key steps:

  • Stepping Back: Gaining clarity by looking at what may be holding you back.
  • Stepping In: Engaging fully with the present and reconnecting with your inner self.
  • Staying In: Building resiliency and learning to stay with new insights.
  • Stepping Out: Letting go and moving forward with clarity and purpose.

Each day, I will guide you through simple exercises to help you explore these steps deeply. You’ll be invited to reflect in a journal, noticing and noting any shifts and differences along the way. By the end of these 30 days, you’ll not only feel lighter but more grounded, centred, and free.
