My Role in the Movement

As Mr. Menopause, I am proud to stand alongside these remarkable men as a licensed menopause educator, advocate, and ally. My work focuses on equipping women with actionable strategies, evidence-based education, and unwavering support through transformative initiatives like The Menopause Made Simple Experience and the Menopausal Moms Wellness Collective (coming January 2025).

Through partnerships with leading organizations such as the Menopause Experts Group Limited , Rebalance Health, Inc. and creating training programs and resources for companies and healthcare professionals, my goal is to help create informed and inclusive spaces where menopause is no longer misunderstood or stigmatized. Instead, it becomes a phase of life that women approach with confidence, clarity, and support.

While I don’t experience menopause myself, I am deeply committed to challenging stereotypes and amplifying the voices of women. Menopause is not just a women’s issue; it’s a human issue—one that touches families, workplaces, and communities alike. I’m honored to be part of a movement that is breaking barriers, creating solutions, and ensuring that every woman feels empowered and supported during this pivotal stage of life.

Together with these inspiring men, the incredible women I spotlighted yesterday, and countless others, we are driving progress in menopause care and awareness. This collective effort serves as a reminder that by working together, we can create meaningful change for future generations.

The Takeaway

The takeaway I hope to inspire is that both genders play a vital role in advocating for change and leading with expertise and innovation in menopause care. By working together, women and men are breaking barriers, fostering inclusivity, and creating compassionate, informed support systems. This collaboration not only enhances the understanding and management of menopause but also ensures that individuals across all walks of life can benefit from the progress being made.

Let's celebrate the collective efforts of women and men in creating a future where every woman feels empowered, supported, and understood during menopause and beyond.
