Today we will talk about Mental Health.

What is Mental Health?

  • Mental Health means to be happy from mind.
  • In simple words, our old experienced generation (elders) used to say very true – Be happy from heart and mind, you will anyway conquer the world one day!
  • I think almost all of you have heard one common story –
Sikander, he conquered and won over the whole world, what did he take with himself?He left the world with empty hands right?

So guys, I also want to tell you the same thing :

  • Worrying will only and only cause you tension, depression and frustration in your mind.
  • It affects us and our family as well.Life is not only about earning money and get success.
  • What is the use of that money & success if you can’t sleep peacefully at night?Staying in tension, depression and over-thinking all the time won’t help you.
So, Calm Down😊, All is Well!🤘

Nothing from this world is going anywhere from here!!!

Everything is here and will stay here only.

Now as you know, currently, Covid phase is going on, so I request each one of you from the bottom of my heart that please stay happy as much you can and stop taking tension.

How to reduce stress, negativity, depression thoughts & over-thinking :

  • Stress, Negativity, Depression thoughts & Over-thinking –

We might be hearing these heavy words from almost everyone in our lives especially in current phase right?We hear these words daily but we don’t implement any steps to overcome it.

Come with me, I will tell you few tricks that will help to reduce all of this:

  • Try to be happy from heart!
  • Do not run away from problems, don’t over-think. Try to find the solutions and solve it. Yes, you can do it!!!
  • Try to be in public as much as possible. Don’t stay alone.
  • Be open-minded! Learn to express what you feel!
  • Live & feel like everyday is the special day to live. Live everyday in a childish way just like a child!
  • Make Yoga, Meditation & Exercise as the daily routine of your life.
  • If you feel work-load and work pressure in your job or business, then prioritize your work in such a way that you are able to decrease it.
  • Never mix your personal and professional life. [Most Important]
  • One more important tip, never think and feel you are less than others.
  • The day you stop comparing and complaining, that day you will become the King/Queen of your life!
So, do not make your life materialistic, but make your life simple and joyful for good mental health!
