THE MILLION-DOLLAR MAN

THE MILLION-DOLLAR MAN

BRUCE IS THE MILLION-DOLLAR MAN

When Bruce, an equity partner in Minnesota, called me, he had many odds stacked against him at home and in his law firm.

He was in a sink-or-swim situation in his firm, and no one offered support or encouragement.

He felt very discouraged and depressed.

He was stuck in a rut.

The last thing he hoped for was to make a million dollars.

As we worked together, he made a quantum leap in his self-confidence, enthusiasm, and desire for success.

MY SURPRISE

In one of our coaching sessions, I was surprised when he said, "Pamela, I am going to double my total revenue for 2022 to over $1 Million.

I perked up and said, "Bruce, let's go for it!"

OVERCOMING THE WINDS OF ADVERSITY

Although Bruce was uncertain how he would make a million, he kept fueling his belief.

His belief fueled his actions.

📌Many obstacles reared up, and Bruce took them in stride and never gave up on his goal.

📌Focus on his physical, mental, and emotional well-being

He committed to be at home with his wife and his three sons.

HOW BRUCE BUILT HIS MILLION-DOLLAR MINDSET

Bruce's most significant asset was his belief in himself and his courage.

He will tell you that this did not happen automatically, but each day he built his confidence by taking action toward his goal.

Here are the steps Bruce took to build his $1 MILLION YEAR

✅ He worked daily to change his money mindset

✅ We created a strategic plan

✅ He didn't give up even when it was hard

✅ We continued to measure success in the trajectory toward the goal.

✅ He stayed positive and looked for new opportunities

✅ He faced problems and obstacles and found solutions t

✅ He followed the plan

✅ Continued to focus on physical, mental, and emotional health

✅ Hired a coach

WHY MANY WON'T INCREASE THEIR INCOME THIS YEAR

Many lawyers say they would like to make more money.

However, upon closer examination, we will see that they really don't.

Science tells us that there are psychological reasons, such as:

➖ Lack of work ethic

➖ Lack of faith or belief in themselves

➖ Lack of discipline

➖ Fear of success

➖ Not wanting to change and grow

➖ Wanting to be accepted as one of the crowd

If someone is satisfied with their income, this post is not for you.

This post is for those ready to increase their income and prepared to go for it.

IT REQUIRES COURAGE AND CHANGE

It requires courage and change for someone to increase their income.

Courage means that we commit to doing something that frightens us.

Many lawyers say they want to make money but don't want to be inconvenienced.

📌Three crucial things that Bruce did that guaranteed his success was to:

  1. Set a goal
  2. Take action each day
  3. Not give up

LET 2023 BE YOUR BREAKTHROUGH YEAR

It is scary to make a goal causes us to be uncomfortable, and inconvenienced and it will pull us out of our comfort zone.

Making a giant leap in our income will require us to face our fears and go for it.

If you want 2023 to be a breakthrough year, DM me or schedule a call.
