We've all had those days when we wake up and think, "Ugh, what am I doing? Why did I even bother to get out of bed?"
I know I'm not the only one who's felt that way. And it's not just on Mondays! It can happen anytime—when you're feeling stressed out, or overwhelmed by your responsibilities, or just generally dissatisfied with how things are going in your life.
But here's the thing: we don't have to stay there. We can choose to harness our energy and focus it on what we want instead of letting it be wasted by negative thoughts and feelings. We can choose to see the positive side of things, even when things aren't going exactly as planned. And we can choose to do something about it—to make good things happen for ourselves and for others.
This week is full of uncertainty for us all—but there are good things coming too! And I promise you can't wait until they arrive… but if you try too hard, you might miss them altogether! So stay productive this week—and keep looking forward as much as possible with a smile on your face and hope in your heart!
