To be a more confident person 7 qualities make us genuine.
True confidence is something that can’t be faked.
The opposite of confidence is arrogance and it’s laced with bravado, which makes it easy to identify.
In a world of instant gratification and the impulse to get rich quick, short cuts are incredibly alluring.
The need for approval drives the desire to “feel” more confident. The problem, it's pretentious and based on superficial parameters.
When we build ourselves up based on approval, the effects are short term, and the ramifications are notable.
Genuine confidence doesn’t demand approval and people recognize real confidence, even if it “feels” threatening. Why, because is so unfamiliar.
Regardless, confidence is a quality that commands respect and pulls people close to us.
It’s great for relationships, and in business, its mandatory for success.
Nobody wants to work with a poser. Real results build confidence, and everyone wants to work with a winner with a proven track record.

Here are 7 qualities that make confident people genuine:”
Image
Arrogant people are preoccupied with their image. They dress for success and attempt to look the part because they seek constant validation. It’s the reason people stage Instagram updates to create the appearance of success. People desperate to earn our respect predicated on “how they look” or “the appearance of success” are often shallow. They don’t have the patience to build real confidence or become truly successful. So, they fake it by emphasizing “image”.
Aura
Real confidence is authentic and easy to identify by how we carry ourselves. Arrogant people are loud, obnoxious and lack the ability to walk alone if required to achieve their dreams. People with false confidence are crowd pleasers and make bad decisions in the spirit of “fitting in”. They try hard to convince you their confident, but their poor self-esteem is easy to recognize. Confident people wear anything they want and don’t need fancy cars or big houses to validate their success. Their demeanor says it all. I have it together and its obvious.

Growth and abundance
Confident people have an appetite for learning, and they constantly improve. They aren’t searching for the path of least resistance; they understand pain is part of the process. They look for feedback not constant validation. They live in a world of abundance and can celebrate their friend’s success without feeling threatened. They admit what they don’t know and gain confidence by surrounding themselves with intelligent people that complement their weaknesses. Arrogant people act like they know it all and continually get into trouble because they make bad decisions based on “an over inflated ego”.

Compassion and humility
Insecure people are preoccupied with themselves, lack compassion and humility. They push aside emotions in favor of belittling other people by reducing everyone they meet to elevate their own self-esteem. Confident people are self-aware and have high regard for human beings. They practice empathy and by showing genuine compassion for the people round them. It isn’t coerced, its sincere and people in their presence feel it.
Endurance
Most arrogant people can’t resist short cuts. They aspire to get rich quick and they instant success. In addition, they are willing to walk all over people to achieve it. Confident people value relationships, hard work and embrace the struggle. They aren’t looking for immediate gratification, they understand success is a product of patience and persistence. Big surprise they gain humility along the journey which accentuates their confidence.
Purpose
We can’t cultivate our purpose if we pretend to be something we aren’t. Genuine confidence requires a strong bond with our intuition, and we learn to rely on it. It’s a sign of emotional intelligence
Potential
Confident people have no trouble lifting others up
