My Two Biggest Regrets

My Two Biggest Regrets

In My Life, I have Two Biggest Regrets.

The first one was a couple decades ago when my aunt gave me a book called How to Win Friends and Influence People, written by Dale Carnegie. My regret wasn't that she gave me the book, my regret was that it took me 10 years to read it. It wasn't that I read that slow, it's just that it took me that long to pick it up and read it. After I read that book, my life changed in so many ways. Being in business and always doing things my own way was the way I did things. But the book taught me so many things about dealing with people and being able to persuade them. My business improved so much and so did my life. For a long time that was my biggest regret on many levels.

Fast forward another 10 years. I received an email from a friend of mine inviting me to attend The Come-Back Challenge by Tony Robins. Since I had recommitted to my educational plan and wanted to focus on learning better ways to improve myself, it was an easy decision to commit to it. It was an hour a day for a week and I gained a great insight about the current business environment and myself. But more important, I gained a better understanding of Tony and understood that he was really inspired to help those of us who had signed up. He delivered much more value than just an hour per day. I could tell he was putting his heart and soul into the event and that became a pivot point for me and when they invited me to UNLEASH THE POWER WITHIN VIRTUAL I was really interested.

In the past, I had often thought about going to his seminars because I had heard so many good things about him and the good it gave many people. I had read about ordinary people who attended his seminars and as a result, went on to do extraordinary feats, like starting successful businesses and writing successful movies. In those days the only thing that held me back was I had heard the cost was in the thousands. It was hard for me to see the value -- especially when I had several limiting beliefs that also kept me from attending.

But this time around, it was different. Because of the virus and other factors, life has not been going my way and I knew if it was going to improve, I was going to have to do something different. If I wanted to make a change, I would have to change something.

When I found that the cost was very reasonable, I made the decision and took the plunge and placed my reservation. I AM SO GLAD I DID.

In case you have not figured it out, my biggest regret now is I didn’t jump in when I first thought about going. What would my life look like now and what did I miss? We can't cry over spilled milk, but I won’t have to say 10 years from now how I wish I would have gone 10 years ago. Instead I'm going to look back and be so thankful that I finally decided to take control of my life and do something to make it better — much better.

The event was four days, and I was challenged in so many ways. I learned so much about myself and what was holding me back. I learned why I did some of the self-destructive things I did and why I have some of the limiting beliefs I have carried through most of my life.

Tony Robbins, has been helping people find their power for more than forty years, he has passionately pursued the answers to the questions, "What shapes human behavior?" and "How can we create lasting change within ourselves and others?"

His approach is based on research he has conducted, as well as his interaction with 50 million people from 100 countries - He has synthesized some fundamental tools and strategies to help maximize our human capabilities and measurably accelerate the pace at which we can achieve our true goals and desires.

This weekend, I was able to overcome nany fears holding me back from unlocking and unleashing the forces inside me. I broke through limitations and took control of my life. This weekend went by fast and I was able to gain drive and momentum and now I know I will achieve success at what I want.

I'm a new man!

I learned that the most important factor to creating an extraordinary quality of lif e is energy. Good health is imperative to change, yet we often put our bodies on the back burner, This weekend, I took my body to the next level and made a commitment to living a vital and energetic life.

I'm truly excited and privileged to have taken this opportunity to spend with Tony and what I learned. I really enjoyed the program, but more importantly, I plan to use it to find life's extraordinary rewards!

This happened because I made a commitment to participate completely with a high level of intensity and passion, one that was far beyond anything I've ever done before. The levels of energy were often playful, sometimes outrageous, and always passionate. I really understood that Tony is totally committed to helping his students get a life-altering event they will never forget!

ONE BEAUTIFUL THING I saw throughout the event was there were some families whit mom, dad, kids, grandma, grandpa, and the neighbor kids all watching getting involved in changing their lives forever. For so many people the COVID 19 pandemic will turn out to be the biggest blessing of their lives because they could have never been able to join an event like this.

For me this was a life-changing event that will forever make me a better person.

If you want to change your life for the better, take a look because everyone can afford this.

Even if you live in a village in Africa, get the village together and learn the principles that will TRANSFORM YOU FOREVER!
