What does Server end of support mean?
As of February 15, 2024, Server products are no longer supported. This means no more fixes or updates for your Server products and apps. To keep things secure and get access to new features, we highly recommend moving to the Cloud or Data Center.
Which products are affected by Server end of support?
Jira Software, Jira Core, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Bitbucket, Crowd, Bamboo, and Atlassian-built Server apps are among those affected. Support for these products ended on February 15, 2024.
How does Server end of support affect my apps?
As of February 15, 2024, Atlassian Marketplace no longer assists with purchasing, renewing, upgrading, or promotion creation for any Server apps for Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, and Crowd.
My Server products are now unsupported. What can I do to stay supported?
You have two options: migrate to the Cloud or upgrade to the Data Center. We recommend Cloud for most customers as it offers enhanced collaboration and efficiency.

Do I need to upgrade my server version?
If you're eligible for dual licensing, upgrade to the latest LTS versions for Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and/or Confluence. Make sure they're compatible with the migration tool if you're moving directly to the Cloud.
I'm a Server customer who got extended Server support with dual licensing. What support can I get?
Customers who qualified for extended support and bought a Cloud subscription between September 12, 2023, and February 15, 2024, can get extended Server support for up to 12 months.
Any changes to the Data Center?
No plans to stop supporting the Data Center. It's still an option for those who can't switch to Cloud right away.
