Navigating the Path to Betterment: An Exciting Transition

This article isn’t about job, dsa or system desing. Instead, it’s about a significant transition we’re making toward enhancing our collective journey in professional development.

Last month, I, along with several colleagues from Google, launched a newsletter designed to help engineers bridge the gap between education, knowledge, and wisdom. Our goal has always been to support engineers in their career growth, from early-stage professionals to seasoned leaders.

In just the first month, our newsletter has grown to over 3,000 subscribers and received incredibly positive feedback. I am deeply grateful to everyone who has subscribed and supported our initiative. As we move forward, it’s time for us to evolve and expand our platform to better serve your needs.

A New Chapter: Transitioning to substack

While LinkedIn’s newsletter platform has served us well, it has its limitations. To better fulfill our mission, we have decided to transition to substack. This new platform will allow us to enhance our offerings and create a more tailored experience

What’s Our Focus?

We’re in the initial phase of this transition, and things will evolve based on your feedback. For now, we’re focusing on three key categories:

  1. Programming & DSA: Resources for recent graduates and junior engineers.
  2. System Design (HLD and LLD): Guidance for engineers advancing from junior to senior roles.
  3. Leadership: Support for those moving from senior positions into leadership roles.

Who’s Behind the Resource?

Initially, we started with a few Googlers, but we quickly realized that to truly support and uplift the engineering community, we need contributions from a broader range of professionals. We’re building a community where current mentors guide the future generation. If you’re interested in contributing and helping others grow, please reach out!

What About the LinkedIn Newsletter?

We’ll be gradually phasing out the LinkedIn newsletter. But don’t worry; our new Substack platform will provide a richer and more interactive experience.

Stay Connected

Subscribe to our new Substack newsletter and continue to be a part of this journey. Your feedback and participation are what will drive our success.

Thank you for your continued support and enthusiasm. Let’s continue this journey together, towards betterment and beyond.
