Need a Workshop for Your Audience?

Need a Workshop for Your Audience?

As we move to 2025, the need for structured growth and scalable strategies will be more critical than ever.

That’s why next year, I’m shifting my focus to delivering workshops designed to help three specific groups navigate these challenges:

1. Franchises (Local to National):

Scaling a franchise successfully is all about consistency across locations. Without a solid operational foundation at the core location, expanding can become chaotic fast.

My workshops will help franchise owners create sustainable documented systems that mirror the success of their core branch—while keeping things flexible enough to adapt to local markets.

2. Startups:

Startups will face increasing pressure to scale quickly in 2025. However, scaling without a clear roadmap for hiring or exit strategies can lead to burnout.

I’ll teach you how to document processes, build scalable hiring plans, and create frameworks that allow your business to grow efficiently, whether you’re eyeing an acquisition or just want smoother operations.

3. Community Leaders:

For community leaders looking to expand their impact, a strong organizational structure and well-documented processes are needed.

My workshops will focus on helping you streamline your operations, document your frameworks, and create systems that ensure your organization grows sustainably while staying true to its mission.

If you serve this audience or feel your community could benefit from the following, you can comment the word “WORKSHOP”.

In the meantime, you can check out my workshop page on the website and I look forward to hearing from you soon!
