Do you know and understand that our thoughts produce our feelings, which then lead to our actions or responses?

🧠 Worrisome thoughts can lead to feelings of anxiety, depression, fear, hopelessness, helplessness, and the need to cast blame.

- We start making decisions based on these feelings and experiences. We start seeing the world through these filters.
- We adopt a new lens, a new worldview in which we see and perceive things happening around us.
- Our hearts begin to harden as we expect the worst from people and circumstances.
- We become defensive and justifying of our actions, expectations, and words.
- We are more likely to blame others for everything happening in our lives and less likely to look at ourselves for answers or truth.
- We now live in a victim mindset and feel comfortable there.
- After more time, we become much less satisfied with life and are now more miserable for it. We find it difficult to be joyful about anything, let alone experience peace.
- Finally, others find ways to avoid us, because we are now making them miserable also with the amount of self-pity and complaint that we live in.

💯 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐠𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐧𝐞𝐰𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐰𝐚𝐲𝐬, 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭-𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐬, 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬, 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬!!
- Our brains are soft-wired. This is good news! The paths that we created with our negative thoughts can be altered. We can make new paths with life-giving thoughts.
- The more we use the paths we create, the easier it is for those same types of thoughts to travel.
- What this means is that if you have been creating and using pathways for negative thinking for years, it will take some time and intention to change the direction and pathways toward life-giving thoughts that will result in ease of use for these new patterns!

🧠 Thoughts of contentment and satisfaction can lead to feelings of trust, creativity, relaxation, and excellence.

✔ Our hearts begin to soften as we begin seeing the best in the people around us.
✔ We start looking for the positive in our circumstances as well as potential solutions and lessons we can learn in the midst of.
✔ We become self-reflective and humble.
✔ We are able to reach out to others for help and accept encouragement and even loving words of rebuke.
✔ After more time, we become completely content and satisfied with life. It becomes much easier to find joy in everything, and even experience the peace that we need.
✔ Finally, others find ways to be around us, because we are now encouraging to everyone, filling others tanks with peace, kindness, and love.

🎯 I'm able to ask these questions because I had to ask them of myself after my health did decline considerably due to my own refusal to take responsibility for my thoughts, feelings, and actions.
