The neuroscience behind manifestation

I'm deep, deep down the rabbit hole of neuroscience research on manifestation lately in prep for the Manifest Your Dream Life group coaching experience I'm hosting (that's totally free!) and, lemme tell ya, you are gonna wanna be in the room during one of these sessions! Real quickly, here are a few tidbits about what I've learned: 

• did you know you're actually always manifesting? where you are today is partially a result of your beliefs from yesterday
• psychological safety is absolutely necessary in order to really manifest anything; if you don't feel safe, your nervous system and brain cannot do the work of manifestation
• your intentions behind what you want to manifest are absolutely important; the why matters as much as the what in manifestation

I know, these are mind blowing! There's so much more in my notes that I have to organize for my slides!
