New adventures never disappoint!

In December, my company acquired Citifocus, the London firm we choose to represent us in the financial services industry in the UK.

Of course, with the Brexit going on, I asked myself many questions:

• Will this be the right decision?
• Will this bring to new markets?
• Will this become the winning scenario?

I don’t have the answers to these questions yet, but I’m sure of the crucial point:

I won’t regret my decision!

There are many people in this company that I’m proud of. They have a deep knowledge of their market, they have strong relationship skills and they own the expertise we need to develop the target industry in the UK.

Many people told me

What are you doing? The Brexit is coming to change the market!

But, how can we stay on the Queen’s reign if we don’t even try to find the solution for the political changes that will happen during next years?

I decided not to fight the change, but to welcome it!

On May the 10th, during our event “The New Employer Branding Trends”, John Baker explained the ways you can attract the best profiles, Alessandro Belluzzo gave a great insight about the benefits and compensation plans and, dulcis in fundo, Gareth Jones, Customer Success Manager at LinkedIn UK, presented the latest and most interesting updates about the employer branding trends in London.

We’ve been joined by many great professionals from the City, and I have to admit that my people still makes me proud!
