The Hague Abduction Convention or the UCCJEA?

Courses, conferences etc.:
In October 2023 the Hague Conference on Private International law (HCCH) will hold the Eight Meeting of the Special Commission on the Practical Operation of the 1980 Child Abduction Convention and the 1996 Child Abduction Convention.
ASIME will organize a congress in November to discuss a.o. the outcome of this Meeting and the future of the 1980 Child Abduction Convention.
In September 2023 MIKK is organizing a Cross Border Mediation Training in Berlin.
The training will cover the convention, the regulation, culture and conflict resolution, Bi-lingualism and mediation, guidelines to co-mediation, the voice of the child in mediation and on-line mediation.
