We are innovators at our core and we are constantly striving to create products that deliver on our promise to provide exceptional digital employee experiences. The last month has been an extremely exciting time for us at Nexthink as we have been recognized as the leader in the DEX space by both Gartner and Forrester.

A Leader in the 2024 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Digital Employee Experience Management Tools

In Gartner's first Magic Quadrant for DEX tools, the researchers and analysts reviewed all vendors on ability to execute and their completeness of vision. Nexthink came out as the clear leader with a top strength being that "the Infinity platform is highly extensible and scalable."

We created the DEX category and we are constantly working to make sure we continue to set the standard and push boundaries and grow alongside our customers. Gartner also pointed out that our recent acquisition and product launches "demonstrates [our] vision to extend DEX improvements beyond application experience and into the digital adoption platform (DAP) market."

A Leader in Forrester Wave™: End-User Experience Management Solutions, Q3 2024

Nexthink was also recognized as a Leader in the Forrester Wave this summer. According to Forrester, customers should be looking at three capabilities when picking their DEX vendor.

  1. Enable holistic and deep visibility into the entire DEX
  2. Translate data into actionable insights to speed time to value
  3. Drive automated remediation at scale

It's an honor that based on those criteria Forrester placed Nexthink as the clear leader in this year's report.

Forrester also pointed out our "differentiated vision to expand the scope of DEX beyond end-user computing" and that we are able to sustain "momentum through top-notch innovation." We are always looking to our customers and partners for feedback to hear what they really need and deliver on it. The future of the digital workplace is complex, especially for IT. We want to make IT jobs simpler and according to Forrester, Nexthink "excels at transforming complex datasets into insights that are easy for administrators to consume and act upon."
