November Round-Up: Better Healthcare, Faster
As we try to keep warm on this frosty start to the week, here is our latest newsletter to get you up to date on all things Inivos.
Viruses don’t stop, so neither do we.
Our technicans have been incredibly busy up and down the country, reacting to callouts and supporting Trusts to manage their infection challenges with our decontamination services. We’ve also had the sales team out on the road to support with several rollouts of our products and services.
Grant Lyon visited Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust to support the Infection Control team with the distribution of their latest isolation door warning signs to all wards across the site. Signage is one of the many implementation tools that we have on hand to support NHS Trusts to keep patients, staff, and visitors safe.
Inivos technician Daina Fetingiene , following a call at 6pm on Friday evening from a large hospital in Yorkshire she was on-site at 9am on Saturday. She worked throughout the day and was back there on Sunday to carry out decontamination processes with our cutting-edge ProXcide HPV Technology
Dean Remmington attended the Infection Prevention Society Wessex Branch Conference showing our full range of decontamination products, he had a great day here and caught up with a few familiar faces.
Framework Appointments
Inivos are thrilled to share two new frameworks that our AIRQON range have been awarded a place on:
The Countess of Chester Hospital | Commercial Procurement Services DPS09 - Air Purification, Decontamination and Isolation Systems Dynamic Purchasing System. A straightforward and compliant way to purchase air purification and decontamination systems, creating safer environments for staff and service users.
East of England NHS Collaborative Procurement Hub ’s Provision of UV Infection Control Services Framework. The objective of the framework is to support access to a range of UV decontamination solutions which includes both static and robotic equipment, as well as design services and modular spaces for fast effective support.

Did you read about a recent study we carried out for University Hospitals Dorset NHS Foundation Trust?
The hospital were looking to roll out our Ultra-V technology but had some concerns over the attenuation properties of glass to UVC light. The Director of Facilities sought reassurances around risks of exposure from UV-C processes to staff and patients. We responded to the query immediately and partnered with a UKAS accredited testing laboratory, to conduct a glass attenuation study on-site to measure UV-C strength throughout the longest process on the Ultra-V.
“The safety of our patients and staff is a top priority. Inivos listened to our concerns regarding UVC light and worked quickly and efficiently to carry out testing and provide validated assurance that their decontamination technology would be safe to use on-site” - Michael Richardson, Director of Facilities at Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust .
