Professional Development is critical, and the numbers prove it. While we intuitively know it, many people need researched facts to validate what they know to be true. Even more than our intuition, or our collective intuition, the gathering of data to see how deep the issue goes is important. Here are 20 sets of highly enlightening, researched statistics that reinforce the value of training, coaching and professional learning…
