One-two punch: Does your agency offer both downhome value and global experience?

One-two punch: Does your agency offer both downhome value and global experience?

When I decided to open my own PR agency, I knew I wanted it to be in East Tennessee. Sure, there may be more glamour with a New York-based agency or one in sunny California, but there’s something special about these mountains I call home.

I’m not the only one who thinks so either. Smith & Wesson recently opened their headquarters in Maryville, Tennessee, and Knoxville is growing rapidly, too. Recent reports talk about a 20% jump in revenue in downtown Knoxville, and it was announced in August 2023 that IT company CGI would be expanding their presence here and bringing 300 new jobs to the area by 2026.

There’s something special here, and world-class companies are noticing it, too.

I’ve worked hard to build a reputation and relationships within my community. Our local clients appreciate working with an East Tennessee public relations agency that understands their values and can help them reach their goals in a way that stays true to their brand. From securing media coverage with local news outlets to developing content to assisting with crisis management, we do what we can to help our neighbors succeed.

While creating a local presence was important to me, I knew I always wanted to make Ripley PR a player on a global stage. Today, we have clients around the world, and we’ve been recognized by Entrepreneur and Forbes as one of the top agencies in the country. While we may not be meeting face-to-face with our clients as often as we’d like, we still see eye-to-eye. Whether it’s a home service company hoping for a local TV spot or a B2B tech company aiming for coverage in industry publications, we build strategies to meet those individual needs.

My home is in Tennessee, and I’m proud of the life I’ve created. I’ve worked hard to bring my dreams to life, and I’d like to help you do the same. Call us at (865) 977-1973 or contact Ripley PR online, and let’s talk about taking your business to the next level.
