CLI collects debts effectively and professionally. We have always and will continue to treat debtors fairly, not because of any regulatory pressure but because it is, in my view, the most effective way to collect a debt. Any debtor who is willing to communicate with us will always get to speak to a friendly collector who will guide him as to the best way to resolve his/her debt situation. We will always deliver a better outcome, for the debtor as well as the client, through communication rather than through the Courts. We receive Christmas Cards from debtors every year and thank you messages at other times and we will keep it that way. Merry Christmas to all our happy debtors and clients!
