Welcome to final edition of the year! Celebrating the contributions of our Associate Director of Project Coordination based in Brisbane, Mikaiah Isaacson.

"I started my career with Nucleus Network by joining the Melbourne team as a Clinical Research Coordinator back in 2019.

Now, 5 years later, I have the privilege of leading the coordination team as one of the Associate Directors of Coordination. My journey saw me move from Melbourne to Brisbane as a Senior Clinical Research Coordinator (during one of the few gaps in the lockdowns), taking on the Clinical Team Leader role before landing in my current position.

This is a journey I could not have made without the support of the great leaders and colleagues I have worked alongside here at Nucleus Network.

No two days are the same at Nucleus Network, and each day brings its challenges and opportunities to develop both personally and professionally, something that I find motivating.

Collaboration and teamwork are key when working in the fast-paced environment of Phase 1 clinical trials. This is continually demonstrated day in, and day out both within and between departments, and it is one of the aspects of working at Nucleus Network that I enjoy the most.

Nucleus Network has given me the space to develop and learn new skills as well as provide opportunities to contribute to the important work that we do, advancing medicine and improving lives."
