  • Fear of failure: Worrying that the outcome won’t meet expectations.
  • Perfectionism: Feeling paralyzed by the need to do everything perfectly.

5 Keys to Overcoming Procrastination

1. Identify Your Triggers

2. Use the Two-Minute Rule
