Polestar UK Is Charging Ahead With UK Fleets...

OK, horrendous pun but I got your attention...

Firstly, thank you to all of our partners, drivers and suppliers for your support throughout 2023. We look forward to working with you in 2024 and beyond.

With 2023 rapidly fading in the rear view mirror, I look back with an immense sense of pride. Our incredible team secured the UK position as the most significant market for Polestar globally.

Looking ahead now, and 2024 is set to be the most exciting year in our short history. We will launch 2 amazing new cars and grow our overall volume again, but in a very responsible way that aims to protect the residual values of cars already on the road.

So, mainly for the benefit of our leasing company partners but also for anyone that is interested, I thought I would give a brief update of where we sit as of today in terms of our product timeline.

Polestar 2

Polestar 2 is now widely recognised as a staple for fleets that demand quality and refinement for their employees. It is also a fan favourite for salary sacrifice drivers that want something edgy and less-mainstream than many alternatives.

In it's most recent guise the range (up to 406 miles*), power and driving dynamics are all better than ever... And supply is fantastic with extremely short lead times for the majority of colour and specification options.

Polestar 2 has enabled Polestar to demonstrate our commitment to sustainability and ongoing improvement of our cars. Over the air updates (OTA) mean that earlier model Polestar 2 are now around 10% more efficient than they were when new and we continue to improve all cars as time goes on. We have also reduced the lifetime carbon footprint of Polestar 2 year on year by a massive total of 3 tonnes.

Polestar 3

Our SUV for the Electric Age is available to order now and you can see one by visiting a Polestar Space. The largest SUV in our range is unparalleled in terms of value for money when compared to it's rivals. If you are looking for a large SUV then you need to check this car out.

I was lucky enough to enjoy a passenger ride in a Polestar 3 recently while in Sweden and the thing handles all types of driving with amazing poise. We've opened for ordering with our Plus Pack and Pilot Pack options included on the car, so the specification is absolutely incredible.

Polestar 4

Our SUV Coupe is something to behold. The designers have thrown out convention to create something that is beautiful, thrilling and practical in equal measure. Polestar 4 will be the fastest Polestar to date with it's elegant lines and sweeping roof line. The eagle-eyed will have noticed something missing at the back... but that only adds to the feeling of luxury when sat in the rear, seat reclined and looking up at the sky through the massive panoramic glass roof.

We showed Polestar 4 to a small group of UK residual value setters late last year and the result has been a huge increase in RV which will result in extremely competitive finance rates when this car opens for orders very soon.

Expect to see Polestar 4 on display at Polestar Spaces shortly, with customer deliveries scheduled for late Summer 2024.
