Good morning everyone!  Happy #WinningWednesday!!!  This past week was a dream come true in so many ways.  First, along with the Board of Savvy Ladies , we rang the closing bell at Nasdaq on the last day of Women’s History Month, March 31, 2023.  This caps off 20 years of Savvy Ladies doing the great, impactful work of providing financial empowerment for women nationwide. Second, I have been a professional speaker for 28 years this year!  What???  Yes, since I was a 16 year old teenager in St. Louis, MO.  Third, I am proud to announce that my 5th book is coming out this month and it tackles Rainmaking and its power to elevate you above all others, PERIOD!  !!!!!!  5 books in 5 years!  Yass!  Finally, I am proud of the woman I have become in the process and a businesswoman who is highly-sought after for my craft.  There were many dark days yet I embrace all of that because good times are here!  My wish for you today is to celebrate where you are now and what you are becoming!

The Power of Showing Up Differently:  The Rainmaking 101 Effect

I am often asked, why do I speak so much?  How do you get booked by the very companies, organizations, and foundations most speakers dream of?  Why does speaking and training bring me such incredible joy?

The truth is, I love speaking and training because I had no idea that my purpose and gift to the world came from these.  Up until my 30’s, I spent years doing what was expected of me, getting degrees (which I am grateful for), and yet feeling there was something I was missing.  My grandmother told me as a teenager that my gift was speaking and connection.  She saw it way back when I was in high school and nurtured this within me.  I just needed time, destiny, and fate to prove what was in me all along!  I became an attorney and loved being a litigator.  However, when I dared to start my first company, I realized how powerful of a gift and talent I really had when I became an entrepreneur.  Then, a serial entrepreneur.  The gift of standing out, gaining clients and customers with ease, and referrals on repeat!  Ahhh, the gift of Rainmaking!

The more I showed up differently, in different spaces that no one expected, the more I understood the Power of Rainmaking!

Embracing my natural gift of being the #KillerPitchMaster aka "The Pitch Queen," allowed me to own my niche and dominate it with my pitch.  Once I became the GOAT and Master of all 6 forms of Pitching with real credentials and receipts, I became Unstoppable.  Prospects then became repeat clients.  I have trained over 350 Pitch Champions!  I am a Top Fortune 500 Corporate Sales Trainer with legendary and legacy clients.  4x #1 Bestselling Author!  My clients, whether corporate or individual, are #slayingallcompetition with their killer pitches, presentations, speeches and communications skills!  Check my testimonials!  I am global, still black on both sides, no Brazilian buttlift or 6 pack abs.  I focused on my strengths and let my talent marry with my client’s trust, so that WE ALL straight WIN in business!
