This position is fully remote and will support the deployment of strand unit technologies via an internal platform. It is critical to the successful execution of a program, ensuring timely management and progress of strand design and installation efforts for 5G and WiFi infrastructure. The role involves overseeing a set of sites within a designated market, managing Strand Radio Units from RF design through internal ticket creation and project closeout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and gather information regarding zoning codes, planning regulations, and other site-specific requirements that impact deployment.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all planning, communications, and actions on sites.
• Review and approve necessary zoning applications and associated documentation, including site descriptions, justifications, plans, maps, construction drawings, structural analyses, and photo simulations.
• Assist in developing a 5G and/or WiFi Site Development Strategy, including partner selection criteria, market and regional analysis, and site deployment intervals.
• Support sourcing, contract management, negotiations, and supplier management for components of the Site Development Strategy.
• Contribute to the development and analysis of Site Development RFPs.
• Oversee the site acquisition process for 5G and/or WiFi sites within the designated market/region, collaborating with the PMO to refine the Site Development process and improve project planning and scheduling.
• Manage site development partners, ensuring that tasks are assigned and executed according to service level agreements (SLAs) and deliverable requirements.
