I have always valued my ability to Stand Up, Shout Out and make waves. But, as you can imagine, not everyone appreciates it as much as I do. Today that "stand out" quality has positioned me exactly where I want and need to be in life. I am running my own company and changing the world, one team at a time.

I have always been receptive to new ideas, and willing to do what it takes to make things happen that have never been before. Kind of a trailblazer. Now, it comes with its bumps and bruises. But it also brings great reward. And that's the kind of coach I am too.

I tell everyone if you are looking for someone to hold you and make you feel better - I am not that coach. If you want someone to challenge you, push you out of your comfort zone and make you a bit uncomfortable. Well, now that's me! I really believe that your advancement and progress begins when you get to the uncomfortable zone. That's the place that challenges you and makes you grow.
