The Questions I Wish I Asked...

1.      This Week's Hot Tips:

While I was on my morning walk with Dante (my lovable 75lb Shar Pei), I began thinking about what I wish I knew when I started to scale Success Bully. There have been many rewarding twists and turns, but I only picked a few to share with you. If you are thinking about scaling your business, ask yourself some of these questions.

  1. What is your ultimate business goal? This isn’t one-size-fits-all. Decide what’s best for you.
  2. Are you in high demand? If you have more demand for your services than you can handle, it may be a good time to start scaling your business. And… how is the overall market for your services?
  3. Do you have the resources? It is going to require cash money, mentorship, and a team. Do you have it or are you willing to get it?

4. Quote:

"To be successful, you have to have your heart in your business, and your business in your heart." – Thomas Watson, Sr.

5. Ask Keita:

Q: Greetings Keita! I feel like I have stumbling through trying to scale my business. I have invested in a number of coaching programs and marketing campaigns that only leave me in the same spot or worse off. I am at my wits’ end. What do you think I should do next?

A: I want you to know you are not alone. I sadly have experienced some of those same missteps. Here’s what I recommend. First, forgive yourself for the things that haven’t worked. Let go of that frustration and loss.

Return to the business fundamentals. Focus on stability first, then revisit scaling.  It may take a few months, but you will find clarity and rhythm.  Reach out if you need help getting back on track.

I hope you enjoyed your 5-minute break today. If you want to develop your strategy for the year, I would like to invite you to have a call with me.

Let's get after it!
