Today we struggle with fitting in flexibility training and fitness with our busy daily lives. But what if we made fitness fun where there's a laugh and a giggle while "working out" bringing our inner child to the game? Don't we "work" enough in America?!!! Now I live in Utah in the Valley with the fastest growing draw for start ups in the country. The economy here is booming and start ups have a chance to succeed (thanks to the tax rates and living costs) especially if you are the ONLY one in town who has a NICHE fitness idea. 8yWell glad you asked? Aireal Yoga is for core strength flexibility and physical therapeutic workouts. Kundalini is strengthening for the Mind CNS and brain and spinal cord. Fuse the two together with sound healing, mantra and movement it's Meditation as Medication! Medically Necessary Movement!
