Real-life Motivational and Struggle Story - Brie Larson #Captain Marvel

Be your own hero

Brie Larson's Captain Marvel story is a true motivational story for all girls around the world who ignore themselves and consider themselves inferior to others, believing that their situation and background are all that stands in their way. This story truly fills the spirit with strength and inspires every girl and woman.

Brie Larson felt she wasn't attractive enough. Brie would lie awake every night, listening to her mother's sobs.

Her parents' fight terrified her.

Brie moved into a small apartment with her mother and sister after they divorced. Brie would open her closet to reveal her sole possessions...

Two tee shirts and one pair of jeans.

Her mother worked as a waitress, so the family survived on instant noodles every night.

Brie felt isolated from other children because she was homeschooled. As a result, she saw movies as a means of escaping into a more glamorous world. Brie watched Gone with the Wind so many times that the tape wore out, and she practised her Scarlett O'Hara impersonation. Brie, on the other hand, was too terrified to let anyone see it and hid for years.

Her insecurities grew stronger as she grew older. She spent hours every day staring into the mirror, obsessively trying to hide every flaw.

Brie had spent so much time preparing for her life that she had neglected to live it. And she knew she had to take a risk.

To become a superhero, you must say goodbye to your old life and transform into something greater than yourself. Brie was well aware of this when she agreed to play Captain Marvel. When the trailer first came out, online trolls advised Brie to smile more.

But, in true superhero fashion, Brie shut them down:

"You can be as strong as you want to be." You can be proud of who you are."

She shared photoshopped faces of male superheroes with smiles. Brie, who had finally become the hero she needed as a child, gave girls the courage to be themselves. She supported #CaptainMarvel in order to raise funds for girls to see a female superhero on the big screen.

Despite her celebrity, Brie never forgot her humble beginnings. She refuses to spend money on clothes and prefers to shop at thrift stores.

Brie reminds us that we are all capable of being our own heroes; I believe that it is always the trials that end up making you the hero in the end.
