1 Whole-Hearted, Purpose-Driven Leader

1 Open Mind

4 Cups of Desire to Make a Difference

A Daily Sprinkling of Confidence

4 Cups of Commitment, firmly packed

2 Cups of Respect for Others

1 Gallon of Ideas

3 Pints of Process Thinking

2 lbs. of Resilience

In a Separate Container, Sift Together:

2 Cloves of Creativity

Several Bunches of Humor

7 Cups of Energy

2 Large Handfuls of Honesty

A Peck of Possibility Thinking

4 Cups of Collaboration

2 Gallons of Thinking Big

1 Liter of Love of Learning

1 Accountability Partner – or – substitute 1 Mastermind Group

2 Cups of Self-Acceptance (not optional)

Gently Fold In:

1 Heaping Cup of Patience

7 Tablespoons of Happy Thoughts

Add Daily Sparks of Innovation or Inspiration

Fold whole-hearted leader mixture into the sifted ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into a well-oiled pan and bake on low until motivated throughout.

Denise Brosseau Thanks for an incredible blend of creativity that helps thought leaders land on their feet! One thing I’ve noticed that customers and audiences truly enjoy and that’s a mesmerizing sense of humor—that compliments professionalism. Also, rapport and trust seems to evolve more smoothly. Denise, your response is greatly appreciated.

We could also add 1 gallon of humility coupled with a sense of surrender that springs from the deeper awareness that "nothing indeed is mine" and that'd keep us from indulging in any pedantic exhibitions anchored in delusions of intellectual transcendence and by that impeding our potential for keeping the love of learning in good kilter!
