Redefining - your Genius and Transformation
News Pod #3 - Redefining Transformation with your own Genius
To truly grasp the concept of transformation, whether for yourself or your business, it's crucial to distinguish what it entails and what it doesn't.
My personal journey brought me to a profound realization through a 7-year transformative expedition. This wasn't a mere quick fix, but a gradual and introspective process, prompting questions about stubbornness, being stuck, excuses, and healing of mind, body, and spirit. The answer encompassed all these facets.
Not solely about thinking differently, my journey of recovery from physical and mental exhaustion unveiled three newfound core values: Choice, Acceptance, and Compassion (CAC). In moments without choice, I learned acceptance, gradually viewing limitations with compassion. Daily, I committed to honest self-dialogue, nurturing these values.
The evolution wasn't starkly visible. Instead, it emerged from years of channeling diverse skills, reshaping cognitive patterns, communication, and physical responses. Today, this embodies a mindset abundant in mindful freedom, rooted in authenticity.
Understanding that everyone's journey is distinct, the key catalyst for behavioral change, often guided by professional coaching, is personal DESIRE and a unique WHY. For me, preserving my optimistic spirit drove my journey, regardless of challenges faced.
