Lenders and realtors do not like to see the above words when asked if the "Happy Trails Condominium Project" is currently FHA or VA approved..

Since I have been working with FHA, DRE and VA for 30 years, I know how to get the required legal documentation as well as the financial information to secure FHA and/or VA approval of a rejected 200+ Unit Condo Project.

I also know the "red flags" which prohibit FHA or VA approval.
