Rema Tip Top have from the beginning, more than 75 years ago, sought to provide efficiency-enhancing solutions to a wide range of industries. It was the hallmark bicycle tyre tube repair system that inevitably led to the establishment of an Automotive division within Rema Tip Top. Wherever large-scale open cast mining activities are to be seen there is sure to be a sub-branch of Rema Tip Top providing the large Off the Road truck tyre repair service thereby ensuring the lowest operating cost and maximum availability.

Adhesives Systems
We use the uniquely versatile properties of materials such as rubber, polyurethane, polytetrafluoroethylene, polyethylene, aluminium oxide ceramics and polyurea.
In addition, we offer bonding and connection systems and a complete range of professional tools for all bonding processes. These products permit linings, connections and repairs to be carried out efficiently and cost-effectively.

We are a professional supplier of automotive tyre solutions, offering the automotive sector a unique and comprehensive programme of customer-oriented services.
Belting Cleaning Systems
Our products and technologies ensure smooth production processes and decisively increase the life expectancy and economic efficiency of conveyor belt systems. The cleaning of conveyor belts is often neglected by plant operators, resulting in premature equipment failures.
Optimal cleaning contributes to the economic operation of the plant. Interruptions to the production process caused by contamination can lead to inefficiency and possibly the entire conveying system coming to a halt.
Belt Splicing Presses
The REMAPRESS IVE™ with pressure bags, heating plates and silicone heating mats, developed and marketed by REMA TIP TOP, has been designed with the highest-quality materials, application-oriented features and German TÜV certification.

We offer hands-on technical training and certification for conveyor repairs, hot and cold vulcanised splicing of textile-reinforced conveyor belts, steel cord belt reinforced splicing and pulley lagging, to help ensure that bulk materials handling systems and equipment provide the site performance needed right now and into the future.

Conveyor Belting
We manufacture innovative, high-performance conveyor belts that meet established international standards, catering to all customer requirements. We not only deliver products but also provide maintenance plans and designs for conveying and material handling systems.
Idler Systems
We offer a complete range of steel, impact and HDPE idlers and conveyor frames for standard usage and underground structures. Idlers are manufactured to SANS 1313-1:2012 and SANS 1313-3:2012 quality standards and are all manufactured in Howick, which is ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certified.
Mill Liners
All mill lining products are made from the highest-quality materials and specifications along with specifically formulated compounds that are available to suit customer's requirements. We specialise in modular media screening polyurethane panels, which are suitable for coal, gold, diamond and chrome mining.
Pulley Lagging
Our lagging has been installed on some of the most demanding applications across the African continent. REMAGRIP™ and REMALINE™ contain a CN bonding layer that, when matched with SC2000™ or SC4000™ adhesives, results in high initial tack and unsurpassed adhesion values, whether installed on-site or in the workshop.
