It's easy to fall into a routine where work is fine, relationships are ticking along, but that spark of motivation and excitement is missing.

As a filmmaker, business coach, and entrepreneur, I've learned over my 30+ Yr career that we all need a "reset" sometimes. Not a complete overhaul, but a re-calibration to bring our focus back to what truly matters.

In this edition, we'll explore simple steps to reclaim your energy and motivation across all areas of your life. No need to quit your job or move to a remote island. Just practical strategies to reignite your spark. Let's dive in!

Feeling stuck and apathetic? You definitely are not alone. At some stage in life, almost everyone have encounters these emotions and feelings. It's easy to get caught up in the daily grind and lose sight of your goals and passions. You're feeling like something's missing.

“Every so often, life offers you a reset button. When it does, you need to press it as hard as you can. Jane said that to me once. Back in our reading-on-her-bed days, when I was too young to understand what she meant. Now I do.” — Riley Sager

How do you know the signs that you need rest:
