With Respect to Broker Rate Transparency, Drivers, it's Now or Never!

Ten years ago, in 2014, I was the only one pushing for broker rate transparency. By then, OOIDA had already sold their souls to Lord Voltmann and TIA so big brokers would accept their insurance. OOIDA dropped their original push for a broker bond over $100,000 and the TRUCC Act (H.R.5934 - Trust in Reliable Understanding of Consumer Costs Act; 110th Congress 2007-2008), which would have expanded 49 CFR 371.3 broker rate transparency in Federal Law.
Big Broker then orchestrated an elaborate political hit job on me to stop me from ushering in real transparency, leading by example, trying to make you and a Federal judge believe my then-15-year-old truck permitting website, which showed me jumping out of a truck at a truck show, under a brand that was issued a trademark by the Federal USPTO and disclaimed on the homepage we were a consulting firm and NOT the Department of Transportation, was somehow impersonating the government and deceptive.
They tried to take me down in 2016 because I was pushing for TRANSPARENCY for independent truckers... but they failed.
@FMCSA continues to violate FOIA with impunity, despite complaints to @DOTInspectorGen, and hide the true nature and extent of the conspiracy and collusion against me by delaying a full response to my 2016 still-pending-oldest-open-FOIA-request-on-file at FMCSA accordingly to the Office of Secretary of Transportation. They obviously have much corruption to hide...
By 2020, I was back... and filed the May 6th, 2020 SBTC Petition to strengthen transparency on behalf of independent truckers. OOIDA was then shamed into copying us 13 days later. NOOA joined the fight for transparency in 2023 and teamed up with SBTC. SBTC advocated for SBTC Member Dakota Springfields of Pink Cheetah Express and effected the first 371.3 enforcement through an FMCSA white hat last year. She is now on the SBTC Board of Directors.
OOIDA Propaganda Machine @OverdriveUpdate thinks you're not paying close attention and they can twist the facts. They now want to rewrite history, in classic Orwellian style, to make you believe this was all their main advertiser OOIDA's idea. They hide the truth from Drivers that the demand for enforcement of transparency is really brought to you by James Lamb, Michael Boston, Dakota Springfields, SBTC, NOOA, and other solo trucker advocates working hard behind the scenes. Many people like Big Broker's top henchman Chris Burroughs and the #FreightX clowns are of course working against us.
@SecretaryPete and FMCSA have stalled on the 2020 petitions for over four years. Shame on @PeteButtigieg for allowing this corruption to continue all these years under his watch.

FMCSA's Robin Hutcheson, who approved the SBTC & OOIDA petitions in 2023 and denied a TIA Petition to repeal 371.3 outright, was apparently pushed out by corrupt players. It is unclear whether FMCSA has now been recaptured by TIA.
The next Secretary and FMCSA Administrator will decide what happens with transparency. Anti-transparency interests are now desperately trying to take over FMCSA through Trump appointments.
Unless you drivers do something, this was all for nothing. So, speak up now and demand @USDOT publish the broker rate transparency rulemaking already as they promised or forever hold your peace.
