Retreats, Escapes and Relationships…

Retreats, Escapes and Relationships…

Last week was a busy one!

On Monday and Tuesday we had the second retreat of the year for my Round Table. We get together in-person three times a year in various locations. This time it was in the beautiful city of Cambridge (in the same venue where we're hosting the Long-Haul Leader Summit actually!) and we had a fantastic time.

Over the two days together, we deep dived into everyone's progress since our last retreat in February, we masterminded and helped one another with current challenges, as well as put together a 90-day growth plan, to start working on immediately.

There's one thing that I was reminded of during the retreat, and that is that you don't know, what you don't know.

Surrounding yourself with people who are perhaps 5, 10 or even 20 steps ahead of you is more important to your growth as an entrepreneur than you may think it is.

In fact, it's crucial if you want to scale.

I've been part of multiple mastermind groups during the past decade or so, and some of the best business ideas I've ever come up with were formed within those groups. I've also made a ton of connections and friendships as a direct result of being in a like-minded group.

Another key thing we do at each retreat is a fun activity for everyone. As business owners, we're usually so caught up in the running of things that we actually forget to make time to have FUN.

This time around we did an escape room, which as you can imagine, was extremely competitive!

Being in an intimate group with people who have similar aspirations as you, who are making an impact in this world, and have experienced similar hardships as you is the utmost valuable thing you can invest in as an entrepreneur. That's a fact!

If you're making more than 10K per month, and would like to discuss the possibility of joining us on the inside of the Round Table, send me a DM with "GROUP" and I'll get back to you personally to put a plan in place.

Now… onto this weeks content…
