Key takeaways from our recent roundtable 🍽️

This month we hosted our first roundtable event in Shoreditch, London. It was an evening filled with great food, conversation and company. The hot topic on the night was AI, data and automation and boy, there was plenty to discuss!

Here are our 3 key takeaways: 🍟

1. Embarking on the Journey: 🚂 The bedrock of successful automation workflows lies in the data integrity of your CRM. While some may face the daunting task of untangling years of inconsistent entries, a structured approach coupled with cultural shifts and strategic automation can expedite this process more than anticipated.

2. Nurturing Community Connections: 🌱 Community engagement remains paramount for fostering candidate relationships. By seamlessly integrating automation into the recruitment process, recruiters can elevate experiences, offer deeper insights, and extract greater value from the communities they cultivate.

3. Elevating Experiences: 🙌 Data isn't solely confined to market analytics. Utilizing data insights to assess client and candidate experiences can sharpen competitive edges. This proactive approach not only yields superior outcomes but also serves as a catalyst for securing new business opportunities.

Thanks to everyone who came! Here’s a couple of posts recapping the night: 📸
