Role Overview:

As a Construction Site Manager, you’ll oversee all phases of construction projects—from planning and mobilization to completion and handover. This is a dynamic role that offers the chance to lead major projects, manage budgets, and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Collaborate with project stakeholders for successful project delivery
• Develop project schedules and ensure adherence to deadlines
• Enforce strict health and safety protocols for a safe working environment
• Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and ensure compliance
• Submit weekly progress reports to senior management
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and other stakeholders

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required)
• 7+ years of experience as a Construction Site Manager with a proven track record
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
