Seize opportunities
So what if you were a book? ... what chapter would you be in at this very moment? In my case, chapter 4th or 5th, with some important sub-chapters, but one thing is for sure: today I am finishing an important chapter in my life.
It has been 10 years and 7 months since I joined IDRAC. It was my first permanent contract in France and a beautiful adventure began within the Department of Languages, Cultures and Civilizations.
If I have to summarize these 10 years, here are some adventures:
1 mandate as a staff delegate.
2 promotions as Referent in MBA specialized in Business Engineering with students from Africa, Asia and Latin America.
3 programs: PGE, Specialized MBA and Bachelor, with teaching in 3 languages
4 International Weeks, the last one being Online, with teachers and speakers from all over the world
5 trips with 1st year PGE students
6 teachers in the LV2 teaching team this year, who taught me that each person has a perspective that must be valued in order to enrich teaching practices
7 trips as an Erasmus teacher: Tallin, Estonia - Vilnius, Lithuania - Gent, Belgium - Izmir, Turkey - Zaragoza, Spain - Haugesund, Norway
8 communication and marketing subjects taught, in PGE alone.
9 seminars and projects that have left their mark on our students: PGE1 Welcome Seminar, PGE2 Business Seminar, PGE 3 America Days and International Culture Days, PGE4 Inductions Seminar, PGE5 Strategic Seminar, MBA1 Welcome Pack, Odyssey Project, Globetrotters Task Force
10 classes of IWE's (International Work Experience) which took me to Spanish-speaking countries, of course, but also to Europe, Africa, Australia and Asia
Today I have reached the end of this chapter full of experiences and adventures. But the book continues and a new chapter begins for me.
Thank you to all the people of IDRAC who accompanied me during these years, to allow me, today, to better take off to new horizons, new challenges, to a new professional environment.
The adventures continue and I hope to meet you again to collaborate in other large-scale educational projects in France or
