Self-coaching. Self-assessment and the Power Intelligence Success Profile (PISP)
The importance of self-coaching and self-assessment
Self-coaching has become the number one must-have tool to secure success, progress, leadership, and a positive future. Research has shown that only those who are conscious, mindful, self-aware, can think on their feet, and can coach themselves, will be able to ride the waves of change and secure a new quality future of health, wealth, happiness, success, and prosperity that benefits all. The rest will stay behind as part of the mindless masses, get stuck, stagnate, and inevitably implode.
Self-assessment, as an integral part of self-coaching, places individuals, groups, communities, companies, and organizations a cut above the rest. Herein lies our future.
Growing awareness
All leading companies and organizations are now aware of the importance of self-coaching training for each individual, especially their leaders to secure their progress, success, organizational wellness, resilience, and organizational longevity. Investing in self-assessment has become a necessity.
The question is, what is self-assessment and why has it become so important in our changing world?
Self-assessment
Self-assessment is a crucial tool for self-coaching, personal, leadership, and company development, and growth. It is a fundamental step on your personal self-coaching journey. Self-assessment is about understanding the choices you make and where they take you. When you understand your decision-making process and underlying, even subconscious programming, you can mindfully make changes and place yourself on a new path that secures a successful future.
This is also applicable to groups, businesses, companies, and organizations as the collective self.
What is self-assessment?
Self-assessment is the ability to become self-aware, step back to reflect on who you are, where you are coming from, where you want to go, what your wants, needs, and purpose are, and how to get to the future you want, need, and desire. With self-assessment, you identify your inner dynamics, including your strengths, priorities, weaknesses, and goals, and monitor your progress. By engaging in self-assessment, you can gain valuable insights into your abilities, behaviors, values, barriers, and blockages, and identify areas for improvement.
Identifying patterns
Self-assessment allows you to identify patterns in your thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and actions, helping you make informed decisions and set realistic goals. Self-assessment is not about being overly critical of yourself but rather about being honest and self-aware. It's a way to take ownership of your personal and professional development.
Mindless living
The opposite of self-awareness and self-assessment is being mindless and living an unconscious life that is influenced by traditional, social programming and pounded by the elements of everyday life. Mindlessness means that you can't think for yourself and are dependent or co-dependent and rely on the opinion, and guidance, of others. Mindless people, especially in leadership positions give their power away and remain stagnant or even cause a downward spiral and inevitably, an implosion.
Mindless masses - the sleeping, unconscious masses
In spiritual text this situation is described as 'sleeping' and there is a call to 'wake up', to take back your power, become self-aware, mindful and conscious - and 'see the Light'.
We were created to be self-sufficient and custodians of the world we live in. Very few have reached this mental, emotional, and spiritual maturity level. It is estimated that close to 90% of humanity still live a life of struggle and silent desperation as part of the mindless masses. You can stop the struggle by becoming self-aware and learning to coach yourself.
The emerging of Power Intelligence (PI)
Fortunately, an awakening is taking place. People are becoming aware, mindful, and conscious and are taking back their power. A new level of intelligence is emerging - Power Intelligence (PI). Power Intelligence is the conscious ability to manage power and potential. PI can also be seen as energy intelligence, consciousness intelligence, or spiritual intelligence. Power Intelligence is the intelligence of the future. See the Power Intelligence website for more information
The question is, how do you conduct a self-assessment?

Start by defining the purpose of your evaluation. What do you want to achieve through this process? Set specific goals and objectives to guide your assessment. Next, gather relevant information about yourself. This can include using a self-assessment tool like the Power Intelligence Success Profile (PISP), feedback from others, past performance evaluations, and self-reflection.
Be open to positive and negative feedback, as it can provide valuable insights into areas you may not have considered. Once you have gathered sufficient information, analyze it objectively. Look for patterns, trends, and areas where you excel or struggle. This analysis will help you identify key areas for improvement and personal growth. The Power Intelligence Success Profile (PISP) is an online self-assessment tool that provides you with all the necessary information and suggestions you will need to get started on the journey of coaching yourself to ultimate success.
Finally, use the insights gained from your self-assessment to create an action plan. Based on your findings, set specific and achievable goals to address areas of improvement. Develop a timeline for achieving these goals and track your progress along the way.
Remember, self-assessment is an ongoing process. Regularly revisit and update your assessment to ensure you are on track and making progress towards your goals. By engaging in self-assessment regularly, you can cultivate self-awareness, maximize your potential, and achieve ultimate success in both your personal and professional life.
Self-coaching and self-assessment for companies
The question is, can a group, community, business, company, organization, or government do self-coaching and self-assessment? The answer is - yes. All groups function as an integrated whole and therefore have a collective self. All individuals who are part of the company function collectively as one, just like the different parts of our functions as a whole. When one part of the body is unwell or even dysfunctional, it affects the whole person. Companies function in the same manner.
A business, company, and organization should have a clear overview of the situation in the company right down to the energy level. The collective is the organizational self. The collective company self is as strong as its weakest link. Self-coaching and self-assessment are not only important for groups, companies, and organizations, but are now a necessity to secure organizational progress, success, wellness, resilience, and longevity. Without this process, companies will inevitably fall under the category of the 'mindless masses' get stuck, stagnate, and inevitably implode.
The Power Intelligence Success Profile (PISP) was specifically developed to help, not only individuals but also assist companies and organizations with their self-coaching and self-assessment processes. A company can even have its own PI Assessment Dashboard to monitor the progress, just like the dashboard of your car.
Just think what it would be like if your vehicle didn't have a dashboard. The unfortunate part is that most companies, organizations even governments, still function without a dashboard. ?
