Self-coaching. Understanding the authentic self and its origins
Background
Most people, especially our leaders, don't really know who they are. However, they still take in powerful positions and pretend that they know who they are and where they are going. The result is the turmoil and discord we currently live in. The time has come to challenge this perception.
Background
Humanity is experiencing a major shift, a power shift, and a shift in consciousness. We are awakening from the old and discovering a new mindset, open hearts, and a new level of freedom, prosperity, success, and happiness that benefits all. However, not everyone awakens at the same time and at the same pace. Many will stay stuck on the level of the mindless masses.
You are reading this because you want to excel beyond the masses.
Deep down, you have already started asking the questions: Who am I? Where do I come from? Where am I going? What is my purpose? Self-coaching is all about finding answers to these questions—not only for you specifically but also for humanity collectively.
Laying a new foundation
As we leave the old behind, we need to create a new mindset, open a new heart-set, and lay a new foundation for the next season of life in our relationships, communities, businesses, companies, organizations, and even countries. Each one of us needs to start with ourselves.
Self-coaching has become the number one skill for moving forward. First, we need to understand who this 'self' is.
The authentic self and its origins.
We have touched on the fact that we have two sides of ourselves. On the one side, we find the connected, authentic self. On the other side, we have our disconnected shadow ego-self. These two sides of ourselves are opposing forces in a constant battle for control in our lives. They represent two opposing realities: value systems and, therefore, two different outcomes and quality of life.
Research has revealed that very few are prepared to go back to the source of understanding and ask for the truth. Most are satisfied with just repeating, 'they say. Very few stop and start thinking for themselves. However, this is the foundation of the next season of our lives - and the ability to lead.
The first step out of mindlessness is becoming self-aware. The question is, who is this 'SELF'? To answer this question, we need to go back to the origins of 'self'.
Back to the beginning
We have to go back to the beginning and ask the question, who am I, and where do I come from? To find these answers, we need to go back to the beginning of Creation and the origins of life.
Creation and the origins of life
To understand the authentic self, we need to go back to its origins. We have to go back to the origins of life itself. We find the origins of life in the Source of Life. Here, you need to identify your own belief system about Creation, Creator, Creative force, Universal Force, or any other universal term you would like to choose. You can also use a more personal or religious term like God, Allah, Creator, Allah, or Universe.
It is your responsibility to choose what you say about the Source of Life. This will determine what you say about yourself.
The fact and the truth is that there is only one Source of Life. The names you choose are your choice.
Religion, science, and the source of Life - light.
Leading religions and Science both concur that our universe was created as light - cosmic light. We live in an energy universe. Science calls the beginning of creation the Big Bang. Religion calls it Creation by God. In advanced spirituality, you find that our reality is light, which is consciousness. It all depends on where you are coming from. It is all one and the same reality.
Important note: You need to sort this out for yourself. Ask someone to help you or contact one of the Power Intelligence coaches.
Cosmic Light - the essence of life
The truth is that our reality is a reality of light, of consciousness. Light is life. Human beings are born out of light, that is, consciousness. Human beings are, therefore, energy beings. Religion tells us - 'born from the heart of God'- 'born out of Love'. Human beings are light beings - they are love beings.
Your purpose as a human being is, therefore, to be who you are as light and love in all its forms and faces. That's it. All our major religions have the same basic version of who we are and where we come from. If you are a religious person, then it is your responsibility to find out what your religion says about who you are and where you come from. This will determine your self-concept and outline where you should be going.
If you are not religious, then you still have to find out what you are going to use to define yourself as a spiritual being. If you don't believe that we have a higher, transpersonal, spiritual part of self, then this is not for you. The reason is that there are four pillars of our being: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. If one falls away, you have a lopsided deal. A lopsided deal never lasts.
Homo sapiens
We are human beings known as Homo sapiens. Homo means 'the only species', and sapiens means 'consciousness.' As human beings, we are the only species on Earth that has personal, individual consciousness. This means that we have the ability to know who we are as a unique human being, where we come from, and what our purpose is. Animals don't have this ability.
Authentic self and free-will
With the gift of life from the Creator of Life, we were also given the gift of free will. We can mindfully and consciously choose how to live our lives on this journey we call life. With free will comes personal responsibility and accountability. When you are mindful and conscious and know who you are, you also accept responsibility for the quality of your life.
This ability is lacking in the disconnected, shadow, ego-driven, mindless masses. They don't understand the power of free will and the ability to lift themselves out of the struggle, which means that they are stuck.
The authentic self
We can see the authentic self as an individualized, personified consciousness born out of Universal Consciousness. This is your unique person. Religion refers to the authentic self as the soul. We can even go back to the original Monad, which is the original soul imprint.
We can also use other terms like the higher self, light self, soul self, conscious self, best self, or even spiritual or Godly self to denote this part of the self. The authentic self holds the codes and keys not only to who we truly are physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually but also to our unique purpose.
Birth and death
When born into physicality, the authentic self, as a light-being self, receives a physical body. Now, you have a light body and a physical body. The connection between these two parts of physicality and spirituality is found in our DNA. Our DNA holds the keys to life - a successful life of health, wealth, happiness, success, and prosperity. Our DNA blueprint is the physical manifestation of our spiritual blueprint of who we are as our unique, authentic selves.
Your physical body is your 'Earth suit' for the time you spend here. When your body dies, you, the authentic you, will return to where you came from—Source.
Understanding dying and the journey after death will be determined by your religious teachings, beliefs, and value system. This is something you need to sort out for yourself. The fact to remember is that only the body dies - not the light-being soul self.

The authentic self blueprint
The authentic self, the soul self, is the unique, perfect imprint of who you are, can be, and should be. The blueprint of your authentic self is where it has always been - in the heart of Creation. Here, you find the perfect image of the Creator of Creation personified in - you.
Four cornerstones of functioning
The authentic self functions on two dimensions, physicality and spirituality, and on four levels: the body, mind (thinking), heart (feeling), and soul/spirit (believing). Our challenge is to balance all four of these cornerstones and align them with our authentic blueprint self to secure a prosperous life here on Earth. This is the spiritual journey of self-coaching.
The purpose of the authentic self
Once we become highly conscious and aware and can balance all four cornerstones, we develop the ability to create miracles. This is the ultimate success—the ability to co-create with the Universe and to create miracles. This is all fenced as our original DNA Success blueprint, not the brain and heart, as most people think. The DNA blueprint holds the codes and keys for life - including our happiness and success.
When you are connected, you experience the flow of love and abundance. When disconnected, you experience struggle and survival. That's it!
The qualities of the authentic self
You can identify the authentic self by these qualities
One key quality of the authentic self is self-awareness. This involves having a deep understanding of who you are, where you come from, and your true soul purpose. You also need to be conscious of your values, beliefs, strengths, weaknesses, and emotions.
When you are self-aware, you are able to make decisions that align with your true self, leading to a more fulfilling and authentic life. For example, if you are aware that honesty is a core value of yours, you will strive to always be truthful in your words and actions, even in challenging situations. Self-awareness also allows you to recognize when you are not being true to yourself, enabling you to course-correct and realign with your authentic self.
Another important quality of the authentic self is truth, honesty, integrity, and authenticity. This means asking for the truth, being genuine, honest, and true to who you really are, rather than trying to conform to societal expectations or the opinions of others.
Authenticity involves embracing your uniqueness and not being afraid to show your true colors to the world. For instance, if you have a passion for art but have been pursuing a career in finance because it's considered more prestigious, being authentic would mean having the courage to follow your artistic talents and ambitions. When you live authentically, you attract genuine connections and opportunities that resonate with your true self.
Lastly, the authentic self is characterized by self-acceptance. This involves embracing all aspects of yourself, including your flaws and imperfections, without judgment or self-criticism. When you practice self-acceptance, you show kindness and compassion towards yourself, fostering a sense of inner peace and security. For example, instead of berating yourself for making a mistake at work, you acknowledge it as a learning opportunity, forgive yourself, and accept that you are just being human.
Self-acceptance allows you to cultivate a positive self-image and develop resilience in the face of life's challenges, ultimately leading to greater self-confidence and well-being.
First and foremost, love is not a feeling. In religious terms, love is the creative force and power of the Universe—God. In science, love is the frequency of the universe, found at 528Hz. Love and abundance are found at 639Hz.
We have sensors that can pick up on these frequencies. Our main sensor is the heart. It is here that the power of love is translated into a feeling. Connecting to the authentic self means getting connected to love.
When you are connected, you can experience love. If you are disconnected, you find it difficult to love or be loved.
The purpose of the authentic self
The purpose of the authentic self is to give and receive love. This means being able to allow flow to you, through you, and from you to others. As an authentic self, you are a conduit for love to reach the world. This is found in compassion, caring, supporting, and guiding others.
This is where we find our new level of leaders who are now emerging. Such a person was Nelson Mandela.
BE AWARE: IA opinion about the origins of the authentic self.
Below, you find AI feedback about who the authentic self is, where it comes from, and what its purpose is. Compare this to the information above.
You must be aware that much of our information today is provided by AI. Remember, AI is exactly that - artificial intelligence. There is no soul or spiritual component. This means you need to be aware and develop your discernment, or you will fall into the trap of being 'árticifial'.
AI's soulless interpretation of the authentic self says, 'Our authentic self is shaped by a combination of factors including genetics, upbringing, experiences, and personal beliefs. By exploring these origins, you can gain a deeper understanding of why you think, feel, and behave the way you do. This self-awareness is the first step towards aligning your actions with your authentic self to achieve ultimate success.'
Get involved
You need to actively get involved to bring the truth and thereby counteract the delusional perception of AI and the mindless masses.

The unfortunate part is that we became disconnected, forgot who we are, fell from grace, lost all this power and potential, developed a shadow ego-self, and forgot how to love and be loved. We will focus on the shadow ego-self in the next article.
