Role: Senior In-House Legal Counsel (DACH / Europe)

You will be responsible for supporting the commercial operations of an established and still fast growing software company in Europe with a focus on the DACH region.

This position is a primary legal resource for the DACH sales team and reports to Associate General Counsel, Europe.

As a trusted and experienced business advisor you will:

• work closely with senior leadership stakeholders and the commercial teams
• support the leadership on the management of high-risk issues
• draft and negotiate high value technology agreements with company's clients, world's largest enterprises and household names
• advise senior business colleagues across the organisation on various ad hoc legal questions
• provide support to senior leadership on strategic legal and commercial projects
• provide training to business colleagues on key risk issues

Requirements

• IT / Tech lawyer with experience negotiating and drafting IT related contracts and cloud licensing on the sales side
• Fluency in German and English (if you speak another European language, even better).
