Servant Leadership
What makes a good leader?

Servant Leadership

In today's 21st Century, the word "leadership" is getting thrown around too loosely.

What exactly is leadership? What are the different styles available? The other popular words in the self-development space includes teamwork and attitude etc.

Beyond these buzzwords, it's important to nail down the crux of their meaning. Again, there's no one size fits all solution. Personally, leadership boils down to "being the leader you wish to be led by". The term coined for this is called Servant Leadership.

Put simply, it refers to leading your people on the ground. Going through the activities with them, leading them by example. In the initial phase, dedicate most of your time to instilling in them the right techniques so as to build a strong fundamental. This will take some time, until they are self-sufficient.
