ServiceNow Expert programs Workflow Architect program details is finally here. Below is what you need to know before enrolling.

This program explores how to work with various stakeholders and personas to define a solution that meets business needs and adheres to the cornerstones of architecture excellence. You will learn how to gather requirements, consult for process re-engineering, and integrate the most appropriate CIWF modules with other systems. You will also learn how to address common challenges that may arise during the design and implementation process, such as security, scalability, performance, and user experience.

As a cohort-based program, students are expected to complete all work within the timeframe of the six-week program.

Four weeks of content, followed by a two-week certification assessment window.

Virtual program delivery:  Students spend 6-8 hours a week on self-paced learning, individual activities, discussions, and peer reviews. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with other ServiceNow architects, sharing your leading practices and tips while learning from one another.

Prerequisites: Participants must have the following prerequisites: 

• Certified System Administrator 
• Certified Implementation Specialist for CSM or FSM
• Architect Excellence accreditation 
• Implementation experience on 5+ CIWF project(s) 

Program fees: $4,000 USD, payable at the time of enrollment.
