The Headley Court site is situated in an affluent, semi-rural location within a sought-after Surrey village. This flagship development will comprise 62 high-quality private residences alongside eight much needed affordable homes. A variety of housing options will be available, including two, three, and four-bedroom homes.
Thanks to proactive engagement and collaborative efforts with the landowner, we successfully unlocked this site for development. This will enable us to develop a project that will seamlessly integrate with, and enhance, the local area – all adding significant value.
Keeping sustainability at the forefront of our planning, these new homes will be equipped with air source heat pumps, leveraging low carbon energy sources to minimise environmental impact and maximise energy efficiency. Furthermore, charging points will also be integrated into the infrastructure, promoting the adoption of electric vehicles and reducing carbon emissions within the community. 🌏
