SOFTSERVE INSIGHTS #14 | SPECIAL EDITION

Hi all! Time sure is flying fast and here we are again with the newest edition of SoftServe Insights. These summer days have been hot and busy, and we have plenty of updates to share so let’s jump right in!  

We turned 31! Another year full of milestones reached, challenges overcome, and our team stronger than ever. Every day we strive to learn and grow, do more for our communities, innovate for our clients, and take care of our people.    

In honor of this day, SoftServe is allocating $1.5 million to the Charity Fund Open Eyes “Drive for Life 3.0” project to raise an additional $400,000 for 100 ambulances and essential medical equipment. Check the details and donation links here. 

Also last week, SoftServians from every corner of the world came together online and in person to commemorate the anniversary. Pictures speak louder than words, so here are some of the memories we captured: 

In addition to our birthday, we have another special occasion to acknowledge. This year, SoftServe Poland and SoftServe Bulgaria are celebrating 10 years of operation! 

Since 2014, our Poland division has grown to over 1,400 associates with offices in six cities, while Bulgaria is standing strong at 500 associates with offices in four cities. There’s also no shortage of achievements from this past decade. SoftServe Poland has developed a robust big data competency center and a growing AI expertise hub. It has also received many accolades such as Outsourcing Stars, SoDA Awards, Polityka’s White CSR Leaf Awards, and multiple Great Place to Work recognitions. Meanwhile, SoftServe Bulgaria was named Employer of the Year in 2023 at the SEE ITS Awards by AIBEST, launched Bulgaria's first product management podcast, and received numerous awards, including being ranked as the fourth best service company to work for by Dev.bg. 

Here’s to many more years of innovation, growth, and community building. 💙
