Spotlight on BWBW Success: In conversation with Nadia Bach-Bezaz
We are excited to introduce Bring Women Back to Work alumna, Nadia Bach-Bezaz . Following on from her huge success with the German cohort of Bring Women Back to Work (BWBW), Nadia is now launching her own business, Inclusive Success , a training, coaching and consulting company.
Let's find out more.
BWBW: Nadia, can you tell us a little bit about your childhood growing up in France and your family life in Germany.
Nadia Bach-Bezaz: I come from a large family, growing up with four brothers and four sisters in the heart of the Alps, France. Coming from such a big family means that my siblings have all had an impact on who I am today. One of my older brothers, for example, supported me in high school and inspired my passion for sports while my sisters, to whom I am really close, have all been fantastic role models to me.
Growing up in France, as the daughter of Algerian immigrants, was as challenging as it was enriching. From a young age I had to take on responsibilities such as translating official documents for my parents or acting as the family liaison with doctors. These are the moments I am proud of. However, there were times, in school for example, where people would underestimate my ability as I came from an immigrant family, or when I would be judged for speaking another language while out shopping for groceries with my parents. But ultimately, all these experiences made me stronger.
To this day, my father is still a huge inspiration to me. He started a new life in France as a construction worker and went on to create and succeed in his own business. He always motivated me to work hard at school and encouraged me to study so I would have the best opportunity to succeed in life. As a result of his influence, I always worked to finance my studies and at 19 years old I left the shelter of home to study in France, The Netherlands and to do an 8-month apprenticeship in the Caribbean.
All the challenges I faced along the way made me stronger. I always focus on moving forward, on getting the best out of every opportunity and giving my best.
My life and career then led me to live in Switzerland for 7 years and, for the last 12 years, I have been living in Germany with my husband and family.
My husband, Matthias, has always been the biggest supporter of my career choices and even with the arrival of our children, now aged 8 and 3 years old, I never gave up on my professional life. I could not imagine my life without being a Mom and I could not imagine it without evolving on a professional level. This stayed true even when we had a fully charged schedule with my husband traveling extensively for work.
Outside of my professional and family life, I am a passionate snowboarder and mountain biker and I indulge my love of music by playing electric guitar.
BWBW: After you graduated from your Masters in Market Research and Data Intelligence, what came next? Can you tell us a little about your early career?
NB-B: After I graduated my Masters with honours, I started my career in Geneva in marketing, firstly as a consultant and then as a project manager in the video game industry. I soon realized I had a drive to be in contact with people and use my sales skills.
From early in my career, and at a young age, I was given the responsibility for the sale of multi-million dollar deals for a big IT player. Being the youngest and being a woman in the field was more a fuel of motivation than an obstacle for me even if it was not always easy.
A big life change came when I moved to Germany with my husband in 2012. I started to learn the language and adapt to the cultural differences. Here I found a passion for elevating people: giving business training, being a sales coach and later leading teams as a Business Manager. What I enjoyed in sales was not only winning a deal but truly helping the customer reach their own goals and adding value to their business.
My values throughout my career have been those of integrity and respect. I love to help others to find their true selves and to blossom in their lives.
BWBW: Nadia, what led you to apply for the Bring Women Back to Work program in Germany?
NB-B: After the birth of my second child, I started to find it difficult to secure a new role. It was really challenging to find a part-time job at managerial level. After my maternity leave, I struggled for one whole year. That is when I applied for the Bring Women Back to Work program as it was an opportunity to have a new start, to reignite my career and to create opportunities for networking.
BWBW: What can you tell us about your journey with BWBW? What were the challenges you faced during your time with the program and what are you most proud of?
NB-B: When I joined the program I quickly immersed myself in the Salesforce world and its user-friendly CRM. I joined an open, warm community of wonderful, clever women who came from very different backgrounds. We soon became a small BWBW family. I really appreciated the sense of community and support.
Learning Salesforce from scratch was a challenge for me at the beginning and was compounded by the fact I was alone at home with my children during the week which really limited my study time. But, I decided to see all that as a challenge and so I studied early in the morning and worked mainly after I put the children to bed at night. It was intense but it paid off!
My first successes with the program came quickly. I achieved four Salesforce certifications in just four months! I am a Salesforce certified Associate, Administrator, Platform App Builder and Sales Cloud Consultant.
Even the setback of a major surgery in the middle of it all did not hinder me from achieving my goals.
The main success I have had with the program, however, is finding the true essence of myself, the Nadia I thought was gone. In fact she never left me. My true self was still there and the barriers I felt were due to the environment I was in, were in fact barriers I had created for myself.
I regained confidence in myself. I blossomed while representing the program during Salesforce events and I took the lead in more and more areas of my life.
My Coach was the initiator of this change along with the great workshops I attended as part of the program such as “I am remarkable” and “Mental Fitness”. All of it has brought me to where I am now.

BWBW: At BWBW we support our participants with both mentors and coaches. What impact has mentoring and coaching had on your journey?
NB-B: Without a doubt my mentor made me dare again. Take chances, take risks.
My coach made me believe in myself again. She was the initiator of my “take off”, the one that made me stop thinking I was not good enough. She helped me to see clearly that all that I had achieved and continue to achieve was truly amazing.
BWBW: Nadia, you have now launched your own business “Inclusive Success”. Can you tell us about your goals for the business and how you came to the decision to launch it?
NB-B: I created my business Inclusive Success at the beginning of 2024. Inclusive Success provides training, coaching and consulting for individuals and businesses. At its core, it focuses on empowering women and promoting diversity in the tech world.
Drawing on my extensive background in training, sales and management, I offer valuable guidance to individuals struggling with self-doubt, those in need of a life boost or those simply looking to improve themselves. My perspective stands out as it combines personal experience from diverse cultures with professional expertise across industries including IT and Automotive. This unique fusion sets me apart as a true game changer in the field.
As I worked through the BWBW program, it became obvious that I should create my new business to elevate others. I gained my confidence back and removed the barriers I had created to embrace who I am here and now. I started to believe in my vision and how I could have an impact on the business landscape. Through coaching other women from the program and organizing workshops within my cohort it is clear that THIS is my “purpose” in life.
With Inclusive Success, my main goal is to make business more inclusive to all ages, genders, races and cultures.
In today's business landscape, success depends greatly on recognizing that at its core, business is about people. By embracing diversity, businesses can tap into a wider range of perspectives, experiences and talents, leading to enormous success.
BWBW: And so, Nadia do you have any final words for women who are returning to work after an extended break and for those that are working towards becoming a better version of themselves?
NB-B: My message is to believe in yourself, show yourself and be proud of who you are today. Take on challenges with open arms and do not hesitate to upgrade your goals.
Do not create obstacles for yourself and celebrate all your achievements.
But mostly, do not let anyone make you believe that you don’t belong. Whether in business, in tech, or indeed in any location or environment. YOU. BELONG. HERE.
Nadia, your journey in rebuilding your self-confidence has led you to create your own business. The entire community wishes you continued success as you build Inclusive Success. We thank you for all you do to contribute to our community and look forward to watching you soar.
